The tiara has 6 emeralds , why should Lilian receive two of them. Princess Lilian earrings must have been presents and sold .

I think Hans is suggesting that the earrings could at some point be worn together with the Draskovich von Trakostjan Tiara.
But for that to have happened - Lilian's earrings would have to be Draskovich von Trakostjan emeralds - and the emerald tiara would have to be a Draskovich von Trakostjan Tiara.
The tiaras could also have been a Salzburg-Falkenberg tiara - and Lilian could have been gifted the emerald earrings from someone else
