Today I think (at least I hope) we are all excited about the prospect of a glittering evening at the Royal Palace in Norway when the King and Queen of Denmark begin their State Visit to the neighbouring kingdom. But it was not that long ago that the King and Queen of Norway hosted another State Banquet during another State Visit when the President of Moldova came to Norway. A very busy spring for the Scandinavian monarchies indeed!!
