A nice contribution, Andy.
We need Shrubbery to respond to the ideas about banners for this board. She may prefer to leave it as is.
On the other hand, if she is happy to use offeriings posted here then I suggest separating the board name from the picture part.
Reason: hosted images might have a short life.
So I suggest she make the board name a permanent part of the top.
Only the picture part above it to be replaced from time to time.
