Princess Birgitta passed away today in Mallorca at the age of 87 years.
In the eulogy at Kungahuset.se we get to know that: "At the wedding in Sigmaringen, Princess Birgitta wore the groom's mother Margareta's diamond crown with clover leaves..."
EDIT: No, I was mistaken. See Stefan's answer downthread. Sorry!) Did we know this before, that the clover leaf crown belonged to crown princess Margareta? I wonder where it is now.
