I was surprised to see Margrethe in the diamond floral wreath as I was under the impression it now was only available for Queen Mary but it's good to see it on Margrethe.
Princess Benedikte seems to only wear the fringe these days. I would have liked to see her diamond star and pearl tiara tonight. It would have gone very well with her stylish purple velvet gown and the pearl jewels.
I cannot remember when she last used one of her own tiaras (star and pearl or the floral tiara). I almost get the impression she passed those on to her daughters.
