There is an Event at the Kongelig Theatre in honor of her birthday. Usually these Events are white tie. Even if it black tie the troyal ladies still could wear tiaras.
and even if no tiaras are worn official pics of her will be published in her birthday itself. I guess this will be pics were she is wearing a tiara and the order of the Elephant for the first time

Not to be a pessimistic but I fear we will see none in the near future.
She will not debut one before there is an official gathering of some sort and that could take months.
