With 14 stones you can swap the entire parure except for the fan. But you'd have a tiara, earrings, necklace, brooch, stomacher and bracelet. I'd love to see this tiara with emeralds. The entire parure in pink topaz or purple amethysts would be beautiful too.

For the State Banquet in Prague, Queen Maxima has chosen jewels from Queen Emma's Mellerio Ruby Parure and a Diamond and Ruby bracelet that might have belonged to Queen Sophie but which was first seen on a portrait of a young Queen Wilhelminax. A lady in red last night.
