This video answers a few queries I had.
Queen Alexandra was a proficient photographer and made a photographic record of her jewels. I first learned of it in The Queen's Diamonds published for the diamond jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. Queen Alexandra's inventory is labelled QAJ c1920 in the bibliography.
