According to the British magazine Tatler, who has has several interviews with Lady Amarinta Spencer-Churchill, this is a necklace of Napoleonic origins. Apparently once owned by the Bourbon family, it was owned by Sybil Sassoon Marchioness of Cholmondeley when it was in 1953 borrowed by Clementine Lady Churchill in Sweden for the Nobel ceremony.

Yes it's the Bourbon-Parme earrings. Amarinta Spencer-Churchill was wearing the Aosta emerald necklace and Eulalia d'Orleans-Borbon the fleur de lys Bourbon-Parme tiara and Isabelle of Orleans might princess Louise of Orleans diamond tiara.

Is she wearing Pss Alicia Borbon Two-Siciles heirloom earrings? They are quite similar.
And did Pss Isabelle of Orleans wear Pss Louise of Orleans tiara? It was placed at the back of the head and it was dificult to have a better look.
The tiara I was referring to was inherited by her daugther Pss Esperanza, who gave it to her daughter Pss Maria da Glória when she married Alexander of Serbia. It was sold in auction in the 80s I believe.
