It looks like Akiko is also wearing the tiara/necklace of the same princess in the second and third picture? The tiara was worn as a coronet and necklace but the motif seems strikingly similar to the tiara worn by Akiko.

As a reader has pointed out, the Diamond Necklace/Tiara seems to have been created by Edmond Lucas, similar to a piece created in 1889, and an identical Tiara/Necklace is owned by VMuse Jewellers.
