It's one of those tiara's who look better on short than on long hair contrary to most other pieces.
The way Laurentien wore it for the abdication dinner of Beatrix was i think the best way i've seen it.
Im looking forward to seeing it on Amalia but possibly even more on her sisters.

Even though Aquamarines are my favourite type of stone I must say that I have never really liked the Dutch Aquamarine bandeau. It could of course be that it just photographs very badly and that in real life it might actually look stunning. But I find it rather "flat" and uninteresting. Previous Message
A wonderfull bandeau!
If the changed the aquamarines in the bandeau for diamonds it would be much more versatile.
