Help identifying diamond (?) hair ornament of Princess Charlotte of Monaco

Do we think these are diamond collet necklaces pinned to Charlotte’s hair? Or perhaps just a type of dressmaker bead worn for effect?
If really necklaces, do these still exist? Or perhaps they went to Princess Antoinette’s line?
