After the new parliamentary robe for Queen Camilla last year King Charles III has debuted his new robes as well. Unlike the old ones the inner lining is of white silk but not of ermine.
The king has worn for his coronation and previous openings of parliament the robes of his grandfather. Camilla until last year wore those of her mother-in-law.

I saw the opening of the Parliament yesterday in live. I admire the King wearing this heavy Crown. He looks tired. But He will never change the tradition. My respect !
As for Queen Camilla, I don't like her serpent necklace.Should her earrings be the Greville ones ?
