Indeed, it looks like Queen Victoria's 10-diamond bar brooch. Quite original - but I would not blame the Queen for that...
As seen on this picture, Queen Camilla also wore the Cullinan V diamond brooch.
And besides jewellery, the floral embroideries on her dress shoulders are also lovely.

I regret that I'm unable to post a photo. If you can see a photo of queen watching the king's horse at Ascot on Tuesday - - Is that one of the two-row diamond brooches on the underside of her hat brim? I don't recall ever seeing a brooch worn this way.
So sorry I have no picture.
