I know but these two were Adults representing their King and Emperor. You mention young Children.

Prince Gabriel, Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz, Prince Laurent and Princess Claire have the Leopold Order . Will they receive a Japanese order ? Prince Emmanuel and Princess Eleonore have no Order at all.
