I am also pretty excited about the State Banquet in Belgium. Hopefully we will see both daughters of the King and Queen wearing tiaras, even though I have a sneaking feeling that Princess Eleonore might show up without wearing a tiara. We shall see. I do hope I am wrong.
As for the exchange of Orders: according to the website of the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs only the Duchess of Brabant will receive an Order out of the Royal Family. Prince Emmanuel and Princess Eleonore are not on the list. And yes, the Duchess of Brabant will receive the Grand Cordon of Order of the Chrysanthemum.
So this will probably be the only Order awarded to either Royal Families because both Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako have been awarded the Grand Cordon of the Order of Leopold. They can be seen wearing the purple sashes at the State Banquet in Tokyo in 2016:

The Emperor and Empress will receive our first Order the Leopold Order . We never had collars.
Prince Gabriel, Princess Astrid and Prince Lorenz, Prince Laurent and Princess Claire have the Leopold Order . Will they receive a Japanese order ? Prince Emmanuel and Princess Eleonore have no Order at all.
