In a way but they could have had several historic pieces:
The Leuchtenberg diamond tiara (count of Flanders)
The pearl tiara of Stephanie of Baden (Queen Marie-Jose)
The Turquoise demi parure of the Countess of Flanders (Queen Marie-Jose)
The Cartier diamond tiara of Queen Elisabeth
The diamond and emerald necklace/tiara of Queen Astrid
The Spanish Wedding gift tiara
If you compare that to the five you mentioned it's a bleak result.

The rose cut stones can't be very high quality diamonds if the tiara was bough for 26k. Previous Message
I read in the Royal Forums that this tiara was sold 26.000 euros at an Auction in 2019.

First pictures are coming out! Empress Masako is in Princess Chichibu’s Diamond Honeysuckle Tiara and Necklace and Queen Mathilde is wearing the Nine Provinces Tiara for tonight's State Banquet at the Château de Laeken !
Hopefully we will get the pictures of the other family members soon!
