HM Queen Margrethe brooch

I found drawing of a brooch online
It reminds me of a brooch with large rubins that was given to HM Queen Margrethe during some celebration - perhabs a birthday.
But I am not able to find a photo of it.
Does anyone recall having seen a brooch like this?
