I found it!
It was a gift from a Hofjægermester (Master of the Royal Hunt) to the Queen on her 70th birthday.
According to the details accompanying the picture garnets have been used in the brooch.
The photo is taken at the occasion of Queen Margrethe's visit to Aarhus in 2015 in connection with her 75th birthday.
