You’re probably mostly familiar but, the king’s crown was actually made from burnished steel from a captured Turkish cannon. In this respect it’s very unusual and symbolic. King Ferdinand wore the crown, and possibly King Carol I. But Carol II and Michael did not have coronations, and The Custodian of The Crown Margarita has not posed with the crown nearby on a cushion. At least not yet.
