King Albert I bought at Vevey only one tiara for his Son Charles 's future wife. As second Son he should never receive a tiara. He was only 18 years old. I will not come back about his private life . But at the end of his life he gave the tiara to his Sister Marie José
who never wore it because she was to old. Her Daughter Marie Gabrielle sold it at an Auction. I don't know what she did with the money her Daughter had a very Rich Father de Balkany. Previous Message
It now belongs to Chaumet but Any idea who sold it at the Leuchtenberg auction?
Could it be also the King of Belgium for their second son, the count of Flanders.
