Here are two brooches we never see on Queen Sofia of Spain.

The first looks like an amethyst encircled with diamonds, while the second one is a round or oval brooch with diamonds, rather important. With the first brooch Queen Sofia also wear a pair of antique diamonds earrings which, if am not mistaken they were a wedding gift from a Spanish duke.
