It's possible that numbers 2 and 4 are the drops of the earrings worn with the necklace. Edit: probably wrong because I thought the five were presented in South Africa.Edit 2: I now see that East London is in South Africa so my comment about the earrings stands. Edit 3: forget the earrings.
