This is a wild guess! Savannah Phillips was born in December of 2010, her sister Isla in March of 2012. Since the Queen often wears a basket of flowers brooch given to her when Prince Charles was born, I wonder whether this one might mark the births of her first great grandchildren. We know the Queen loves her basket of flowers brooches. Question: Is there a brooch that marks the birth of Savannah's father Peter, the Queen's first granchild?
