No, I think that Countess Donata wore a different tiara, here she is:
It looks like this tiara of Fürstin Mechtild to me, she was the grandmother of Countess Donata.
Carolina Hintzen, the sister-in-law of Countess Donata, might have worn the same tiara. But the pic is too blurry to be sure.
Countess Donata wore this large diamond tiara at the wedding ball for Georg Friedrich and Sophie (the pic is blurry because she sat in the background of a pic taken of the bridal couple.) This tiara has also been worn by her mother Fürstin Irene.
And last not least, Countess Olga, niece of Countess Donata, wore a small spikey tiara when marrying Prince Dominik von Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenborg. (Sorry, it's again very blurry!) The Löwensteins use a beautiful floral tiara for their weddings, so this is most likely also a Castell-Rüdenhausen tiara.
Together with the one worn by Liesbeth Lotgering that makes 4 (!) different tiaras! Not bad, don't you think?
