Duchess of Vendôme's Diamond Bracelet Archived Message

This week's edition of Point de vue has a nice article (mainly pictures, actually) of the family of Prince Jean of Orléans, Duke of Vendôme, second son of the Count of Paris, Head of the French Royal House, and his first wife Marie-Thérèse of Wurttemberg, Duchesse of Montpensier.
For those not familiar with the French Royal Family, Prince Jean, despite being his father's second son, is generally considered as his father's heir, due to his elder brother's mental disability (though the Count of Paris has held contradictory comments about this issue).

The Duke of Vendôme and his wife, Philomena, have presented to the press their third child and second daughter, Princess Louise-Marguerite, born in Poissy (15 kms north of Versailles) on 30 July 2014 (and christened in Dreux, where the family lives, on 31 August 2014).

Jewellerywise, my attention has been caught by the bracelet the Duchess of Vendôme wears on her right arm. It looks like a nice chain-link diamond bracelet.

I had already noticed this bracelet on previous pictures of the Duchess.

Does anyone know the origin of this bracelet? Is it made of real diamonds?

    Thanks in advance!

    Arthur
