I thought Josephine-Charlotte inherited the diamond and emerald earrings and the round emerald and diamond pendant/brooch from her mother. Both pieces have been seen on her. The two other diamond and emerald pieces of the Nassau collection and the art deco bandeau of Grand Duchess Charlotte ordered for her by prince Felix and the peacock necklace/tiara last seen on Marie-Astrid. That was a gift from Jean to Josephine-Charlotte i would be surprised if he as the son and heir of a wealthy dynasty had the need to use the emeralds from Queen Astrid for it.
So the big brooch (probably from Empress Carlotta of Mexico), the emerald cross pendant and the emerald necklace/tiara (both from Queen Astrid) were most likely with Fabiola. The necklace/tiara was a gift from Albert I and Elisabeth to Astrid when she gave birth to Boudewijn so it seems likely he inherited the jewel.
Most of Lilian's jewels ended up in auction as her oldest daughter wanted/needed the money. Neither princess Marie-Esmeralda nor princess Alexandre were ever seen with Lilian's jewels making it safe to assume they were inherited by Fabiola at a time when she already started to wear less jewels.
We don't know what provisions were made for the pieces she had, some may have been inherited directly by Philip others could be part of her inheritance and will be sold (hopefully the King will buy them from her estate so the money can go to the charities Queen Fabiola stipulated as her beneficiaries).
