the text from my website: in englisch you will read: and see in the background the whole necklace and the important part as close-up long chain necklet!!!!! of the fetter link style, with the centre formed by an Imperial Crown and again the dates, with 1837 one side and 1897 on the other in brillants. This was also manufactured by Messrs. Carrington and Co. The velvet case bears the following inscription - In remembrance of the Diamond Jubilee, 1837-1897, from Alfred and Marie, Arthur and Louse Margaret, Helena and Christian, Louis and Lorne, Beatrice Helen.” The long chain set with diamonds was later worn by Queen Alexandra on the occasion of the State Opening of Parliament.
