Several reports of HM's jewels worn for Courts and Drawing Rooms state that she wore a coronet of diamonds and pearls; sometimes the description is a coronet of pearls and diamonds. Normally HM is also said to have worn 4 rows of large pearls also.
I wonder what the description of the coronet refers to? Any ideas.
