The first photo with Prince Andrew as a pageboy doesn't show the brooch well enough and I wasn't able to find a larger or less blurry version, but I assembled a panel with the brooch in the three other pictures.
The flower to the right has a leaf with a very distinctive shape. I've applied a green layer to emphasize that its position in relation to the left flower is different in each photo. In fact it sits higher than the left flower in the first picture, lower in the second picture and as low in the third picture, that its blossom hides the stem of the other flower.
The pictures are possibly not sharp enough to make my point, but I'm convinced these are two elements / brooches and the outline of the ensemble looks slightly different in each picture depending on how the two elements are positioned.
And I'm sure the picture with Prince Andrew as a pageboy shows the same brooch(es).
