As mentioned on the "From Her Majesty's Jewel Vault" website, Buckingham Palace and Clarence House recently released the list of the official gifts received by the members of the British Royal Family in 2015:

Among these gifts, a few items of jewellery:

    - Queen Elizabeth II received from the President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena a sapphire and diamond brooch in the shape of a fern (Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, is a well-known producer of the finest and most beautiful sapphires...).
As far as I know, this brooch has not been worn publicly, I hope we will see it soon!

    - the Queen also received a sapphire and silver brooch from HMS Ocean, depicting the maritime symbol of the trident in silver above sapphire-studded waves. The Queen has worn this brooch once, on board HMS Ocean in Plymouth on 20 March, 2015:

    - the Queen also received a diamante brooch from The Queen's Royal Lancers - it is probably the badge that she wore on 2nd May, 2015 in Richmond Castle, when she attended the amalgamation parade of The Queen's Royal Lancers and 9th/12th lancers (Prince of Wales's) merging into the newly formed The Royal Lancers:

    - during her trip to the Czech Republic in May 2015, the Countess of Wessex received a jewelled brooch, three pairs of earrings, two brooches, and a crystal pendant. She wore one of these brooches during her visit in Prague:

In contrast to Buckingham Palace, which releases all official gifts, Clarence House releases only those given on official overseas trips. There are not many jewelry items listed for the Duchess of Cornwall:

    - during her trip to New Zealand and Australia with The Prince of Wales in November 2015, she received a pair of white gold earrings from the Mayor of Nelson, a brooch from the National President of the Royal New Zealand Returned and Services Association, a bracelet from an individual, a brooch from a “member of the public”, and a pewter ANZAC brooch from the Mayor of the City of Albany

    - during her visit to Ireland, she was given a pair of pearl earrings from an individual and a set of silver jewelry (a pendant and chain, earrings, and a bangle) from another individual. She was also given a gold brooch from the Principal of the Claddagh National School, that she wore several times during her visit:

    - listed among The Prince of Wales' gifts from his solo trip to the Middle East is "a brooch" (without further detail) from the Crown Prince of Kuwait, probably intended for the Duchess of Cornwall.
