Too hard to see the brooch properly, but might it be the Australian Wattle brooch.

In 1981 The Queen was gifted from Sri Lanka a brooch described as a sword fish flower in sapphires rubies and diamonds.
Sparkler and I tried hard to find out more about this brooch and years later Royal Collection confirmed the brooch as a Commonwealth gift.
Also in 1981 The Queen was gifted a navartne jewel but we have never found anything more about the navartne.
