Camilla one-row necklace of large pearls was worn for the first time on 9th March, 2009 in Santiago del Chile, during a visit of the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall to South America:

As far as I know, Camilla has not worn this pearl necklace in 2016. She has worn another one-row pearl necklace, but this one is made of pearls of smaller size, and has a distinctive diamond-studded round clasp that Camilla often wears at the front (here on 19th July, 2016, in Port Isaac, Cornwall). Franck, do you know for which occasion, and on which date, Camilla could have worn the necklace of big pearls?

I have no information about the origin of the necklace of big pearls. I don't know if it is a new piece, acquired or presented around 2009, or an older necklace. Queen Mary was photographed several times with necklaces made of pearls of large size, whose diameter looks similar to the ones of the Duchess of Cornwall's necklace:

Like Franck, I feel a bit disappointed by the Duchess of Cornwall's choice of jewels in the recent years. Camilla now seems to stick to the same few favorite jewels, there is less diversity in her choice of jewels than in the first years of her marriage. With the notable exception of the Greville Honeycomb tiara, most of the historical jewels at Camilla's disposal have not been seen for years now!

Just an example: I would love to see again Queen Alexandra wedding-gift emerald drop earrings, that the Duchess of Cornwall has worn three times in 2006, but not in the recent years:
