Although Queen Louise of Prussia has the disposal of a lot of jewellery we do not know a lot about the details of her vault. Her trousseau wasn´t impressive and the most was given to her after the wedding as presents or from the royal treasure.
According to the exhibition catalogue on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the death in the inventory made after her death seven complete sets of jewellery and grande parures are mentioned apart to a lot of single pieces. Brilliants, pearls, aquamarines, amethysts, emeralds, rubies are mentioned. ('Luise. Die Kleider der Königin. Mode, Schmuck und Accessoires am preußischen Hof um 1800', München 2010, hier S. 230) Obliously privat jewellery and parts of the royal trearure handed to her for her use are mixed which was common. The not privat brilliants, pearls and others were given back to the treasury. As it seems the were common rules how to divide the residues between family, friends and servants of all kinds, but these were not followed in all parts. At first her husband laid his hand of some personal things of his very much beloved wife as her daily worn rings or some dresses. Her golden toilette service which usually had to go with her oldest daughter Charlotte when she married to Russia stayed in her sleeping room in Berlin. Other things as her pearls she loved so much that she didn´t give it away when big parts of her jewellery were sold to find money for the war agains Napoleon were used to create a tiara for her daughter Luise. These pearls are now in Kopenhaven and for what I know the only remains of Luises grand jewellery we can be quite certain.

As far I know the inventories made after her death are not published til now. Even if they might be not accurate to 100% I guess a whole parure of pink topazes with brilliants will be listed.
