Wasn't the solution that both tiara's came from Ingeborg, one going to the wife of her son and another to the wife of a Danish grandson? Ok, so one tiara went to Prince Carl’s second wife Princess Ann (nee Ann Margareta Larsson) who he was married to between 1954-1961 (Ingeborg passed away in 1958)? This is all news to me, so I have to ask Previous Message Wasn't the solution that both tiara's came from Ingeborg, one going to the wife of her son and another to the wife of a Danish grandson? Princess Margaretha of Denmark had replicas of her tiaras at home for not going to the Bank. Her fake replica tiara was sold at Drouot Paris 695 euros. So at that time replicas were worn. In his Book Bjarne Steen Jensen writes on page 61 Countess Ruth wears a tiara from her Mother's Brother Prince Carl Junior. (Picture taken for Queen Elisabeth II's Coronation.) Previous Message I really don’t know. The Diamond tiara of both ladies is not been seen for decades! Just like the Opal tiara….

I have always been of the impression that these are two completely different tiaras. They do look a bit similar, but to my (rather poor) eye they are not looking the same like an original and a replica would do. Instead of Ingeborg's tiara going to the wife of her son it would be more likely that it was inherited by her son Carl.
