Nellie are you planning to re-open the coronations board again for the upcoming coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla?

The RCMB headed Part 2 will open for the coming coronation when we know a bit more about it.

Part 2

The original RCMB will not be opened so as to preserve the wonderful contributions the members made to that original board.

There were some very well informed contributors.

And they cooperated so well in building the feature threads, allowing specific topics to be developed quite well.

I'd like to think we could try the feature thread approach again but am not so sure these days.

It will be interesting to see how much of the ancient rituals remain and what will have to be adapted to modern times.
With the UK being the only monarchy in Europe who still have a coronation it's going to be fascinating to see it unfold.

One thing i hope they'll keep is for it to be a full gala event so we don't only have three crowns to look forward to, but also all those tiara's and other jewels.
