Princess Thyra's tiara (est. DKK 600,000-800,000) was sold for DKK 650,000 ($ 91,700). Queen Alexandrine's bracelet (est. DKK 300,000-400,000) was sold for DKK 700,000 ($ 98,800).

I saw it in live , phone buyers. Medaillon 14.000 DKK , marcassite medaillon 7.000 DKK; Imperial Brooch 7.000 DKK, Royal Garnet 16.000 DKK and the mourning medaillon 22.000 DKK. Thoughts on the possible buyer/buyers? Could it possibly be the Danish Royal House? Even if the tiara is not to their taste, Queen Margarethe would appreciate the history. I think Maureen points out that there would other reasons to buy the piece than taste. Anyway I am most likely to think that none from the Royal Family has bought any of the pieces simply due to lack of money. Previous Message and what makes you think the tiara is not to their liking?
