Queen Sonja: the Vifte tiara worn as a necklace

I have never noticed this before, but Queen Sonja has also worn the Vifte tiara as a necklace, like CP Mette-Marit did to her pre-wedding dinner at Akershus Castle.

Great find! Thank you for sharing

It is really a shame that the tiara / necklace is not worn more often. I suspect that maybe it is rather frail and that that is the reason why they don't bring it out so much.
