At the end of this month King Charles III and Queen Camilla will make two back to back state visits. First to France and than to Germany. Both will include a State Banquet. France in recent years scaled down the banquets to suits and short dresses but this banquet is to be held at Versailles so im hoping they'll go for glamour and return to evening wear. It's probably too much to hope for a white tie event but black tie would give Camilla the chance to wear another one of the tiara's now at her disposal.
The Germans have stuck to black tie dinners so we will at least see one tiara on Camilla.
My top three picks for Camilla to choose from would be Queen Alexandra's diamond Kokoshnik tiara, the Vladimir Pearl tiara and the Oriental circlet.
I certainly hope that Queen Camilla will follow in her mother-in-laws example and war a tiara for black tie State Dinners in Republics abroad. But i fear there is also the possibility that she will ditch them after she hasn't worn one for the Dinner and the Commonwealth Heads of State meeting last year.

Perhaps something French made in Paris? Boucheron's Honeycomb or Emerald Kokoshnik, the the Ruby Necklace? Cartier's Nizam of Hyderabad necklace, Greville Diamond Peardrop or Chandelier earrings? In Germany some Teck related or Hannoverian jewels?

Quite a few state visits have been announced, several of which will surely include tiara events:
Next week, King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima will travel to the Slovak Republic for a state visit 7-9 March. The Queen will probably bring a tiara for the banquet, even though it will most likely be black tie (or suit and tie).
The following week, Grand Duke Henri will pay a state visit to the Republic of Latvia 13-14 March. It appears the Grand Duchess will not accompany him, for some reason.
King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of the Belgians will pay a state visit to the Republic of South Africa 22-27 March, but I don´t expect tiaras for banquets on this trip.
The British royal couple will pay state visits to the French Republic (26-29 March) and the German Federation (29-31 March), as already mentioned on this thread.
The Dutch royal couple will host the French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife for a state visit 11-12 April - and hopefully host a white tie banquet with tiaras.
In June, the King and Queen of the Belgians will host their Dutch colleagues for a state visit 20-22 June, and we are certain to see a white tie state banquet with several tiaras, possibly also Princess Elisabeth attending.
The (possibly) grandest event of all has not been formally announced: the King and Queen of Spain were scheduled to pay a state visit to Denmark later this Spring. The Danish Queen´s operation may have postponed this visit.
no state visits announced for Norway or Sweden on this side of the Summer.
I was thinking rubies, to match the riband of the French order that Queen Camilla might wear if she receives, and also to match the riband of The Bath, which the French president will no doubt wear. So Queen Victoria’s grand Crown Ruby necklace and earrings, and Queen Victoria’s Oriental circlet. Both of which are also nods to King Charles’ beloved granny The Queen Mother, who wore them for decades with such style.

Re: Other state visits to look forward to this Spring
It's most likely Maxima will wear a tiara for the visit to Slovakia, she rarely let's a state visit pass without one. I think France and Australia might be the two exceptions.
The French State Visit to the Netherlands will certainly be a white tie event. So far Willem-Alexander has only hosted full gala dinners on the first night of an incoming state visit. Leaving black tie and suits for official visits and work visits when receiving other heads of state.
In South Africa we might see Mathilde in the Wolfers tiara. For the Dutch State Visit to Belgium we'll see several tiara's with both queens and probably princess Astrid there. It would be great if both the Duchess of Brabant and the Princess of Orange would attend as well but it might interfere with their studies.
When the Spanish Royals visit Denmark we can be sure of plenty of glamour. Margrethe II has really understood the use of royal spectacle for such events and how to combine it with a much more down to earth style for working visits.
it would be nice if the Grand Duke would not have to go in the visit on his own. The hereditary Grand Duchess is in the final stages of her pregnancy so would not be able to accompany her father-in-law. Maybe Princess Alexandra can join him again, she did so for the visit to Japan. Or else he has two sisters who could join him. i think it's unlikely either Felix and Claire of Guillaume and Sybilla would take part in a state visit.

I applaud her for not wearing magnificent jewels at that Commonwealth Heads of State meeting. It sent a clear message that Their Majesties were among their equals. I do think Charles will be more sensitive to the fact that in the eyes of many CW countries the British Monarch needs to treat carefully if he wants to stay Head of it. Charles will only be an anointed King of the UK, not of the CW... As King of the UK he will also be Head of State of some CW countries..

Queen Elizabeth didn’t seem to mind wearing a tiara, among her non-equals. lol

No but it seems there's a new Queen in town from a different generation.
