Wedding of Duchess Amelie of Württemberg

As expected, Duchess Amelie of Württemberg is wearing the Württemberg Bridal Diadem for her Wedding to Baron Franz-Ferdinand von Feilitzsch at Schloss Altshausen. Queen Mathilde of Belgium, the Margrave & Margravine of Baden, Duchess Elisabeth in Bavaria & Infanta Maria Francisca of Portugal are among the 380 Guests and it is expected that there will be a White Tie and Tiara Ball this evening.

Previous Message it is expected that there will be a White Tie and Tiara Ball this evening. I was in Altshausen tonight but saw no tiaras, although several of the women I saw would have been able to wear one. Some guests, including Queen Mathilde, couldn’t be seen because they arrived in cars with dark windows - and other guests and family members stayed at the castle, for which reason I don’t know if they wore tiaras.

I was also there and the dresscode in the evening seems to have been at bit confusing for the guests as from the men many had been wearing white tie but also several black tie.
