I would like to see Mary wearing the floral aigrette as a tiara, like Queen Ingrid did. Previous Message In Sweden and Norway I hope there will be return dinners with tiaras - in that case I actually hope Queen Mary will wear the ruby parure the first night. Just think that for the first time in 200+ year the ruby parure would then be going on a state visit to Sweden. The country it came from (and of cause it originally comes from France). And then Queen Mary could wear the pearls for the return dinner. The Queen could also opt for the diamond rivere. As you all know a big part of the Danish collection actually comes from Sweden through Queen Lovisa 😊

Unfortunately it are only 2 day State visits so hopefully there will be a reutrn Dinner at all. And if yes i hope that there will be tiaras tehre. Although I am all for new exciting pieces I cannot see Queen Mary premiering anything that we have not seen worn already - by her or by her mother-in-law. I think we should count ourselves lucky just to see the Queen wearing something new for her - like the Nassau Pearl tiara, or the Aigrette one (if she actually has access to that already). In fact, Queen Mary has already brought quite a few new items into the family collection with the purchase of a tiara, been given another tiara (for her wedding) and having the use of yet another tiara (the Moonlight tiara). So I don't think we can ask "too much" of her.. hehe Previous Message I hope for something completely new to be seen at least at one of the visits.
