Posted by The Royal Watcher on March 16, 2024, 2:05 am I flew to Abu Dhabi earlier this week just to see the magnificent Tiaras on display at the ‘Cartier: Islamic Inspiration and Modern Design’ Exhibit at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, which included the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester's spectacular Cartier India Tiara, among a series of splendid jewels. Blackened Steel Tiara

However, Tiara Mania has stated that the Tiara belonged to Suzanne Avery Marghiloman née Crets, and was ‘bought for the coronation of King Ferdinand I and Queen Marie of Romania’ in 1922.
