I found the jeweler who made Princess Sofia's tiara. It is from the Thailand jewelry house - Beauty Gems. Photos can be seen in this post. It was made with 3 original settings- emerald, turquoise, and pearls. The other settings she has worn have been made after the fact.

Queen Silvia also has jewels from them- this necklace for example is from them. It was an anniversary gift from the King.
