Jewelry left to the Crown besides Queen Victoria

Were any of Queen Alexandra or Queen Mary's jewelry left to the crown or was just passed down to the next Queen or Queen Consort to wear. I know that Queen Mother's went to both her daughter and grandson Prince Charles. We have seen Camilla wearing some of them. This has probably been discussed before, but appreciate everyone's knowledge on this subject. I what to update my lists.

When the Queen Mother died there was official (I believe) advice that all her estate passed to the Queen, that is to Queen Elizabeth II.

Queen Alexandra died without a will, so her children and daughter-in-law divvied up her jewels. Queen Mary still managed to get some of the best pieces. I *think* Queen Mary left some pieces to the crown, because she was so tradition-minded. I'm sure someone else will know for sure.

I seem to remember that the Dagmar Necklace and maybe Alexandra’s wedding parure are jewels of the crown. It’s also possible that the Godman Necklace maybe considered in a similar light due to its acquisition.

The Queen's Diamonds, Hugh Roberts, Royal Collection Publications, 2012, was published to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II (referred to by me in this subthread as The Queen).

Roberts introduced the expression 'Heirloom of the Crown', which I thought was an excellent way to identify many of the jewels and where they belonged.

I felt that Roberts used the expression only where there could be no doubt. For some other jewels I felt he handled their "belonging" quite deftly because the matter was not clearcut or maybe disputed.

Re: Queen Alexandra's Dagmar Necklace

Quoting Roberts -
"it was bequeathed by Queen Alexandra as an heirloom of the Crown, 'on condition that no part of it shall ever be altered' "

His source is the photographic inventory of Queen Alexandra's Jewels, plates I-XV, some with annotations by Queen Alexandra (and some notes added by Queen Mary 1946).
