Without the fabric Kokoshnik it would look great combined with those gorgeous pearls from the Orange collection!

What do you mean? The pearl strands were purposely sewn on the kokoshnik in the 1930's which was made of fabric (silk). It's safe to assume it does not exist anymore. The pearl strand are still being worn now. Were you thinking of a tiara?

Why not put those pearls on a frame wich could be a lookalike of the old version?

Because they already have 20 tiara's to choose from and there have not been any recent Tiara events where more than four ladies of the Royal Family attended.
Pearl necklaces are worn quite often. Btw im not sure the pearls on Wilhelmina's mourning cap were real.

I find it difficult to believe Wilhelmina wore fake pearls here but it is possible. Dresses were also embroided with small (fake or seed) pearls. She was from a different generation and I have never seen her wearing costume jewellery. Her regalia might have been fake, her jewellery certainly was not!
