When Margareta married Gustaf Adolf she received a diamond bow brooch with sapphire drops from the Duke and Duchess of D'Aosta. This brooch appears to be in Sweden still and was worn by Princess Margaretha in June 1953.

Wouldn't that piece be considered a monogram brooch, rather than a bow brooch?
