No Tiara, but Queen Silvia wore the Earrings and Brooch of the Swedish Pink Topaz Parure with King Carl XVI Gustaf’s Portrait Brooch for the State Visit to Poland.

The Queen did the same the next day long shirt, the family Order and a Brooch. But here the Brooch is to important a smaller one should be better.

You say on your site

The demi-parure consists of:

a necklace
a brooch - fermoir (ehemals Schliesse)
a stomacher- -In the girandole style corsage ornamet - originally having three pendant drops, two of wich in modern times have been reworked ass earrings- see picture above) is an element of the Emire style. the large triangular dimond with branches of laurel in diamonds on either side, reminiscent of Roman chaplets.

Are you saying that the top Topaz cluster element was originally the formoir and the stomacher was originally topped by the diamond?

No, the stomacher is complete. In addition, there was a separate single topaz cluster element, which originally served as a fermoir (clasp for bracelets ...). It's still worn, now as brooch.This information comes from the archival notes associated with the jewel.

Here is the full parure. The clasp, now used as a brooch, is at the top of the picture (and the stomacher still has its three pendants, two of which have now been turned into earrings):
