Yes it's queen Margherita of Italy sapphire tiara worn by Elvira Grimaldi-Oetker, a friend of queen Maxima, whose family acquired it many years ago. Previous Message An exciting appearance of an additional tiara at the State Banquet hosted by the King and Queen of the Netherlands in honour of the German president!
