I totally disagree (except for the Corea ding being realet Hood) For me, this is the most authentic album in years. Sure, the popular artist collaborations- including whiter shade of pale- is totally bland, with Carlos adding more or less nothing to the mix, but the ’Santana” tracks are fresher than in a long time, including Carlos being much less repetetive. This, for me, includes the format with the introduction tying together with the outro, makes this a real Santana album, considering the guy is almost 74 years old, and has limited theoretical and technical knowledge of playing music!

Agreed. Although the track with Corea is really good and I could listen to more of the same, it's now a band without any identity. Also, America For Sale is, in my opinion, the single worst piece of music this band has ever released. It's truly a new low with lyrics that would embarrass a six year old. I'll stick with the old stuff.....
