Yes - it was always the highlight for me to see if and when our fabulous Dame would make a Xmas appearance. Frantically flicking through the bumper Xmas edition of the radio times for that familiar face. I always remember that the second Bassey album I got my hands on was a Xmas present - the collection volume 2 - which seemed terribly expensive at the time and which blew me away. For this year however I am loving the latest album more and more each time I hear it. I hadn’t played it for several days but was listening to it in the car and truly it is sublime - Adagio just incredible. Merry Xmas cheers Mike K
